Fees

Consult Fees

Single Patient $50.00

Full Family (2 or more) $75.00

If vaccines are not administered during your visit, we will charge $75.00 per person

No Show Fee

We expect two business days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment and fail to provide appropriate notice, a $75 fee will be charged (per patient booked).

Additional Fees

Prescription fees are $20.00 per prescription provided for travel
Consultation fees, prescription fees and vaccine costs related to travel are not covered by OHIP and will be charged at the time of the visit.
Kids 'n Family Travel Health Clinic does not accept, file or bill insurance. Private insurance benefits will typically cover most/all of your travel consulatation costs. At the time of your appointment, a receipt will be provided for submission to your insurance company.
Vaccine costs are priced according to price made available to the clinic at the time of your visit

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your visit. Please allow up to one hour for the entire visit and vaccinations.

Vaccination records
International Vaccination Certificate (yellow book)
List of medications you are currently taking
Day-to-day itinerary of your travels
Contact information of your preferred pharmacy
